Rob
is a senior associate with Results Consulting. He has senior
management experience in organisational development and learning
and is a successful consultant, facilitator, teacher and coach.
Rob has broad experience in industry (private and public) and
the education sector.
Rob’s
consulting, facilitation and leadership skills were first developed
in the education sector, where he consistently demonstrated
leadership in the development of improved approaches to teaching
& learning, student management and organisational effectiveness.
On moving to industry, his skills and business acumen were quickly
recognised in the form of rapid promotion into the role of Manager,
Organisational Development & Learning (national) for the
Uncle Tobys Company – a role which positively impacted
people and performance practices within Uncle Tobys and the
parent company. These skills and expertise have been further
developed through his experience as a consultant and tertiary
teacher.
Rob’s
consulting and facilitation skills have been consistently and
successfully demonstrated in numerous industry settings, in
both Australia and New Zealand, including airlines, health,
education, local government, manufacturing, marketing &
sales and business services. Resultant changes have included:
strategy - aligned human resource policies and practices; effective
performance management and feedback approaches; values - based
activity; participatory knowledge strategies; effective development
and talent management approaches; leadership development and
coaching; and improved interpersonal relationships and communication.
Rob
