James Webb
James is a Senior Consultant with Results Consulting and has a sound appreciation of organisational performance, gained through a long career in management and consulting. James also has 13 years business and organisational consulting experience and a senior management career in private industry. His qualifications include an Associate Diploma Marketing and Myers Briggs Type Indicator accreditation.
As a consultant he has a principal interest in both organisational culture, and in the performance management of individuals, the organisation and the enterprise. In the area of organisational culture he has worked with private and public sector organisations in strategic culture intervention, the development and integration of Vision, Mission, and Values, and in the analysis of organisational culture and organisational capability.
With a management background, James brings a lot of practicality to the idea of performance management, with a particular focus on the strength of the management that takes place on the job. He works to help managers better understand the management of work and of a workplace that is substantially changing. He also effectively supports their abilities in performance interactions by providing skills through individual and group coaching, on and off the job. In the area of performance design he has considerable experience in Business Process Management & Improvement, the definition of performance measures, and in performance management systems particularly of value-adding drivers.
