Anne
Marie Troutman
ANNE
MARIE has extensive experience as a management consultant with
over 12 years working for the major global consultancies –
Coopers & Lybrand/Pricewaterhouse Coopers/IBM Business Consulting
Services in Canberra, Sydney and London with broad European
and South East Asian Experience. She is also a senior human
resources practitioner in the public and private sectors with
a number of roles at senior executive level. This has included
roles as an industrial advocate with a State Government, an
Employee Assistance practitioner and a learning and development
professional.
She
has held roles in the Senior Executive Service in social policy
and in government reform and transformation. She has held representative
positions on National Committees including the National Women’s
Advisers Forum (which included New Zealand) and the National
Advisory Committee for Violence Against Women. She is well experienced
in all matters of equal opportunity and supporting legislation.
Anne Marie is extensively qualified in the Social Sciences specialising
in both individual and organisational behaviour. She has worked
in Welfare roles with specific expertise in child protection,
crisis counselling, disability policy and services and health
services.
She has worked extensively with indigenous peoples in both Far
North Queensland and the Northern Territory.
As a management consultant she has a wealth of experience with
Federal Government Departments and Agencies as well as State
and Territory governments, mainly in the areas of organisational
transformation and change.
She has wide experience in designing and delivering learning
and development programs for organisations (as well as a role
in training junior management consultants).
She has coached senior leadership teams and Chief Executive
Officers in leading significant organisational change initiatives.
She has recently provided strategic input to a major organisational
change within Macquarie University and is currently leading
a team providing leadership training to executive level staff
within the Department of Defence.
