Allan is a management consulting and contracting professional based in Adelaide who specialises in management strategy, business performance improvement, leadership development & training, performance management, project management and change management. Allan has over 18 years experience as a progressive senior manager and as a "Big 4" management consultant (KPMG Consulting 1997-2001), bringing a good balance of "real life" experiences and practical consulting expertise to his clients. Allan's qualifications and memberships are as follows: Graduate Diploma in Management (AGSM 1996) - Graduate Management Qualification (AGSM 1992) - Member, Australian Institute of Management SA (accredited as a Certified Professional Manager) - Member, Institute of Public Administration Australia (SA Division). He also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training and is accredited in Executive Leadership Profile and Team Leadership Profile.
As part of the Results Consulting team Allan has facilitated the implementation of an organisation-wide performance management program into a Commonwealth Government agency, developed and conducted an MBA accredited Project Management short course as part of a national leadership program, and facilitated a middle management program for a Federal Government Authority.
Allan has also provided many clients with support strategies to move into the e-business environment. These strategies have focused on the organisation as well as customer relationships. In addition, he has engaged with Executive Management in a range of clients to introduce organisational and process change and supported the staff through the resultant major efficiency gains.
