Jon Wilson

Jon Wilson is the founder and Managing Directin of Zero7 Consulting and a Registered Psychologist. He has a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology and formal training in Recruitment and Selection, Human Resource Consulting and Group Leadership.

Prior to establishing Zero7 Consulting, Jon worked in a number of internal and external organisational consulting roles in a variety of sectors, including a period in the United Kingdom. Those roles involved extensive development and review of people systems, quality systems and leadership development practices. Jon has worked with and consulted to a diverse range of organisations in financial services and insurance, mining and resources, state and local Government, business services and health care.

Jon is an expert in the design, development and simplification of people systems within organisations, with a particular focus on culture analysis and the development of approaches to selection, assessment, capability development, performance management and leadership development. These approaches enable effective attraction, retention and development of high performing people.

Jon has extensive experience in evaluating organisational and people management issues
